Can't make out from the label, but anyone know the writers/producers behind this?

Hi mike s,
I was going to post the same info as you have already. Don't mean to jump the gun. Just guessing or assuming, could it be musician/producer/arranger the late Rudy Robinson (Dramatics, etc) or Fred Bridges (of the Brothers of Soul)?

This sounds like the song “To Care” that appeared on one of the George Clinton Family Series discs awhile back. I think it was written and produced by Ron Dunbar, and arranged by David Van De Pitte. I'll have to go look for the CD when I get the chance.

Hi DurfaceThrills,
I was trying to think of Ron Dunbar and arranger David Van De Pitte. Love to hear a cd on the Tops with Bridges, Dunbar, Robinson, De Van Pitte material.
